DWV Investments, Inc. specializes in the property management of commercial properties such as Retail Shopping Centers, Office Buildings and Residential Buildings of all sizes. By insuring the highest standards of maintenance, we add value to the properties we manage. We will make certain that all maintenance services such as sprinkler, lawn, roof, exterminator, parking lot, water electricity, and sewer are performed properly. All facets of cash flow, daily operations and tenant relations are managed by us.

The Commercial Property Management Division was created to provide investment property management services to property owners in South Florida.
We focus on investors who prefer to use professional management services to oversee their property. Our clients are individual investors who own or will be purchasing office, industrial or retail space. Our goal is to manage their investment potential. We support commercial property owners with a comprehensive range of services.

DWV Manages all Facets of Cash Flow. Our services include accounting, monthly financial reporting, marketing, leasing, advertising, inspections, evaluations, supervision, tenant improvements and construction. Our objective is to maximize property value by controlling property related costs, reduce expenses and to locate and retain premium tenants.
Our accounting department works hand in hand with our property manager to service our clients.
The accountant is involved in accounts payable, accounts receivable, annual reconciliation and the
preparation of the annual operating budget.

The Leasing Department is involved in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant services, including rent negotiations and lease renewals. We have broad experience in the complex provision of commercial leases. By retaining tenants and controlling property related costs, we enable landlords to maximize the value of their properties.
